My name is Carys Mátar.
I am currently studying Film Scoring and Electronic Production and Design at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.I created this blog because I love food, cooking, and sharing the whole experience with friends and family. I recently became vegan, and it is my wish to inspire others to eat with compassion towards animals and the environment. I truly believe a plant-based diet and wholesome homemade food is the key to a healthy life.
